Been promised a refund for faulty parts emailed 3 times they never bother to respond avoid at all costs.

Order got lost in the system! S#@t happens but its how you deal with it shows your metal

I have a cayenne turbo and a 986 boxster s these guys have helped me out with both of my cars on a number of times and if they don’t have the part they will make sure they have it for you next time they get one in on there helpful request a part on there website many thanks guys at status Porsche 👍

Bought off ebay a porsche part....mechanic booked me in 3 weeks later and then told me part was not needed as fault was elsewhere. Tried to return it and was told cannot return after 30 days.it was 6 weeks I had the part...appalling service ….woman told me to sell it on ebay...what a big joke.....Try Jasmine Porsche or design 911 or Douglas valley...I for sure will not use Status Porsche again!!! Disgraceful business ethics.

The worst company ever!!!!...they are liars ...i ordered a pair of tail lights and they did not come as also they was sending me fake tracking numbers. They did not reply my emails. After i inform them to paypal and i opened case.

Do not trust them they are very unprofessional !

Total liars, DO NOT TRUST!!, they will rip you off. They are going out of business, the parts are substandard and not trustworthy after my personal experience I wouldn’t be surprised if bankruptcy is on the horizon!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIP OF MERCHANTS. trading standards are aware!!

This was not written in anger, the company sent the incorrect item and refused to accept responsibly or their appalling service. I hope no one makes the same mistake I did ... by now the trading standards have been in touch and have closed them down. DO NOT TRUST THESE LIERS AND THIEVES!
