The worst globally

I have lived in many countries, including some countries in Africa, which are third world as you can get, however, nothing could have prepared me for how bad STC’s internet across Saudi Arabia is.

I mean, they are the flagship telecom company and don’t have fiber installed across a city like Riyadh. The 5G, my word, if you get 5mbps out of it during peak, you are lucky, it runs more at like 2-3mbps.

Honestly the country with worst internet and STC is at fault for being the flagship telecom company.

No service

I had been to Jubail center STC office for half hour earlier in the morning and waiting to open the door. As soon it opened I went to service token machine.The STC employee denied all of customers to take the token and asked all the around 10 to 13 customers to stand in Que and told all of us to come in the evening or the next day without giving any reason.only one Saudi who came after us was considered.
Later somebody told me to go Nesto in Jubail.there Saudi lady who has a small counter of STC solved my problem.
I wanted to get a new sim against lost one. For same service once I had visited in Dammam Cornich and once in jubail fanateer.At last it took around 6 months to finish this process
Very hard to get a service from STC if your expatriate.

I been to stc branch in khobar at…

I been to stc branch in khobar at custodian of two holy mosques road.
I was openly discriminated for not being a “Saudi”.
It was my turn when I was told to sit and gentleman invited a Saudi to serve first. Eve. His colleague told that person came first but in Arabic he replied, leave him.

I wonder why i didnt throw the Worst ever experience - STCSTC SIM…

I wonder why i didnt throw the STC SIM to dustbin long back. I have recharged with SAWA Flex 175 and had 1000 minutes call time but it shows that there are no more balance available after i make 15 minutes call. Internet is goo most of the times but gets disconnected when it is needed most. Worst is the STC app and call number. you never get anything solved by calling these guys. Once i made around 45 calls spending almost two hours and you understand my frustration. i recharged and it was not working. they adviced me to recharge again. recharged again and it was not working. each time i lost the money. recently i was attending an official call and the internet went down. i got message to recharge. when I opened the appa there was internet 35 GB balance. still i was forced to recharge with 150 flex. .. tough. technology without human face

Airport office and I use like and I just want to mention that thing I really don't like stc service and they are giving to me wrong information Frist I went the one shop for my recharge that time I ask them what is post paid and what is prepared recharge that time I got wrong information he said to me mam postpaid is like that you have to pay only 11 dinar for 1 one year and after that no need to pay any thing and if you like you can put one or two dinnar and you can you can call international is this unlimited they give me this information and I am really happy that time but one moth after I receive like 18.dinnar amount which I didn't expect also and I really don't know about that and onther moth again I resive like 42 dinnar and I don't know about that and when I call consumer service they are saying mam you already signed your contract which congrats I really don't know about that when I ask with them I said 11 dinar june6 where is this amount and I don't know about that they are just saying you sign mam I know I sign the but but he give to me all wrong information after when I ask ok but how I resive 42 dinnar Frist they said to me mam you call your country that why you but in my in my email as a stc company mentioned I can call 350 but when I tell them this thing again they change mind and they are saying to me mam Nepal is not international country and you can't call ohg I really got big scam from stc company thing is that just this guy he have to complete the target that why he scammed me which is really not good and it not that I don't call anyone I call so many time complain nbr just they are saying to me please wait when complaining department will call you I am really tired when you scam I ask my brother what I can do now but he also got same scam before 1 years ago so many people have a this complain but no one and I tell them I don't want this SIM and you anything they are not ready to broke my contract also it like that they just want money they are not seems what costumes is facing problems that time they told me you just paid and do whatever you want to do which is really not good you can't scam anyone ani about contracts which I really don't know about this all thing and consumer care they are also so rude when I when they are talking and they are saying to me please wait complain department will call you Frist time I complain 8 June today is 24 June still they didn't solve the problem and they when it really bad serve I really suggest to other people please middle class people don't take stc sim it really bad serve please let me know what I can do my email and my nbr also I just want solutions please assist me some still I am waiting 35370832

STC is making customers fool.

STC is making customers fool.
Its trap to attract customer by giving cash back and gift voucher. Once you take any broadband and post paid connection their sim card default purchase subscriptions from playstore.
If you visit the brach or raise the complaint no one will resolve the issue and wave the extra charges from the stc bill.
I regret after taking broadband connection.

I suggest to use any telecom service you will be happy but do not fall in STC service trap

I was a happy customer of salama...
With a one year contract I got a call from stc asking to switch we said No we don't want switch...

They said salama is finished from this region only stc available there is no way you can continue...

Immediately technician arrived and they changed our router next day we received call from salama ..

customer care from salama asked me why you want to disconnect our service....

I said we received call from stc and explained him everything..

then he said if you want salama back ask stc to cancel your connection our line is still on....

When we called stc they asked to make it through app when we tried to cancel it....

Cancelling amount 799 SAR...cheers

Salama is way better than stc in Makkah here stc is worse ..

I really never wanted stc and I will never suggest if salama is available...

Got to be one of the worst companies…

Got to be one of the worst companies for service in KSA. Despite paying for the top package you are always treated like you have a prepaid sim only deal. For years I have been eligible for a free device but they have gone out of their way to avoid issuing one. Shocking!

Never again!

Never again!! Took a visitor Sim 22GB data in Saudi Arabia and with in three days all the data has been gone. Call customer service and they missioned that I used data on iCloud and downloading apps haha they are jokes.

Very poor service I am struggling to…

Very poor service I am struggling to take out my money from my STC pay. There is one source of contact number mention which is you call they will answer in 5 to 10 minutes after that they will tell you the company is working on the system to update The government of Bahrain lounge, a new CPR, but they are unable to configure in their system. Many people are struggling because the money is in the app and you cannot login due to new CPR. with my recent call, the gentleman was very rude and telling to wait more. It has been four days already.

Happy customer

As being a new resident to the country, the lady who helped me, Eman, was super helpful solving issues with my new SIM, and setting up the fibre in my home. The ladies at the STC office were also a great help when I recently had payment issues. Highly recommend

Rotten Business Dealings

I ordered a pair of bifocals for my purse on or around 1/9/25. The order went thru without telling me they were out of stock. A few days later I was emailed that they had given me a refund. They gave no explanation!!! I enquired and was told that their system did not show it was out of stock, but they were. I just received my credit card bill today with NO REFUND on it, just the charge. They had time to credit it, they certainly got it ON my credit card fast enough. No place to message them on Facebook or website. I think this is a scam and am going to contact BBB. I did contact site, but I doubt I will hear back and I don't have the order number anymore. I keep getting emails to them that are not deliverable. Sharon Cipkowski, 15 Kings Mills Rd. He is always very helpful and goes above and beyond to help us resolve our issues
He has a very kind attitude and always does his job with a smile.
