Fish & Chips stale...overcooked, dried out

First time trying St David's Fish & Chips and I'm sorry to say it was awful.
Both the fish and chips were clearly cooked some long time before being served to us and kept warm. Thus chips overcooked brown and the fish overcooked dried out, extremely dry batter and the end of the fish thoroughly dried out and hard.

Given the number of good options for Fish & Chips on the peninsular I certainly can't recommend these.
