The website is totally out of date and not user friendly. Hidden next step procedures make it an out of date site . Been like this for years . You are loosing potential customers because people will loose patience with this out of date website . You need to be proactive and get a modern up to date website . It’s embarrassing.

Easy to use booking system and easy to see what ferries are available and at what time. Looked to depart and return to separate uk destination ports so we could travel on the Manxman both ways as we love the boat.
Last minute changes to a car were accommodated by the office very efficiently.

I booked a ticket for the wrong date. It's very easy to do because your "Review and Pay" page DOESN'T INCLUDE THE DATE, so if a person enters it incorrectly they don't find out until after they've paid.

Site not suitable for us techno freaks
Having attempted to make a booking online and not able to understand the sailing dates available, I went to the Sea Terminal offices and was given exactly what I needed. Unfortunately I had to return home to complete the booking only to find the return journey was no longer available. Eventually I was able to complete the application and made my booking

Frustrating that you clearly knew the Manxman was going to be out of action for our trip, as when booking it wouldnt let us book any of the cabins etc. Then a few days later announce its the Ben - this kind of dishonesty underminds the entire experience you try and portray.
