Awful service. Goods never arrived.
So, they may appear a bit cheaper than other companies but IF YOU DO NOT RECIEVE YOUR GOODS then they are still a total RIP OFF! I had already sent 3 emails to say my order has not arrived after 10 days (I PAID FOR 3-4 DAY DELIVERY!!!!) I have tried 'Live chat' what a joke that is! - tells you to wait as I was next to speak to an advisor (40 minutes I waited!) - then it goes offline and tells you it is not available and directs you to another email template!!!! (so i sent email number 4!!) GRRRRRRR - I think this organisation (if you can even call them that!) is just a one manned band, back garden shed of a business. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!

BAD SERVICE!
I placed my first order with Steamlite for a family kit and received it without any problems. I went on to place a bigger order worth £150 but did not receive my full order! The missing items were around £40 worth. I tried live chat who made out that I was a liar, then sent them images as proof and an additional 3 emails - all of which were ignored! Luckily I could prove that they had not sent the full order as it would not have been possible to fit it all in the package bag. Eventually I registered a dispute against them with Paypal - which thankfully they knew they wouldnt win and agreed to refund me the £40. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY, if I had not had proof then they may not have agreed to the refund.

Good Products + Affordable Prices + Services
I have read this posts before and was not 100% of buying from SteamLite.. But I am happy that I bought it from here. I have used several providers and paid cheapest to top prices.
I would say products from steam lite are better than even some expensive companies, i bought it 3pm on tuesday and received it on 9am wednesday.. less than a day to get the product.

VERY Pleased
Was very skeptical about using this company at first as I had never heard of it nor could I find any reviews. However I went ahead and purchased the starter kit for £24 including postage and VAT. The kit came the next day! After using the steam lite e-cig I cant think of any bad things apart from the noise it makes when you take a drag but its nothing to get in a twist over. The cigarette is actually high quality and comes very well packaged. It produces a lot of vapour and I was pleased that the cartridges could be refilled. I'm not sure about the other guy saying about bad customer service because I have been talking to the company a lot on their facebook page. For the very good value for money and pleasure in using this product I will be using the company again and would recommend it to anyone
