Not too sure about there service, although there’s already only bad reviews so make of that what you will, but their driver I was behind today didn’t understand roundabouts and nearly crashed into me in the Frating area, no apology or anything and drives like a complete maniac. Maybe they should train their drivers better or find a way to monitor their driving because I’ve never seen anybody mess up that particular roundabout like this worker today and could’ve seriously harmed me.

I installed two storage heater to a property in January at a cost of almost £900 for the units. One never worked and after further investigation on a return visit it transpired that it had physically perished within weeks (I have photo’s to support this). They then quoted £300 to the tenant to respond to a callout to investigate said heater. On the back of this the tenant asked me to remove abs exchange the heaters which I duly did. These cowboys then refused to refund the items which had been installed a matter of weeks - hiding behind technicalities that we should’ve called them out - WE DID AND YOU WANTED £300 !!! They have still not had the decency to respond to my emails of complaint after three weeks and have seemingly swanned off with my money. As a small business in extremely trying times I am furious. I hope these clowns get their comeuppance for treating their consumers in this disgusting manner.
Avoid spending your money with these parasites at all costs - I would not recommend and would never use again ! Disgraceful
Sadly a member of staff mounted the curb myself and my dog were walking along missing us by maybe a cm then “oblivious to us” he starts to reverse at us
Walking on a pedestrian area I found this scary upsetting and slightly terrifying so I ring his manager to complain,well that’s when you learn why staff don’t care,if the manager doesn’t care it soon filters down,the manager mr Parker was unfriendly unhelpful abrupt unwilling to listen had no interest in my complaint even to the fact of refusing to ask my name or give his,even though Mr Parker came on the phone stating his name I missed his name and asked him to repeat he then spent 12 mins telling me why he wouldn’t give me his name and generally being troublesome difficult and making me feel extremely uncomfortable all of which he was enjoying,he even went as far as to say as A manager he will not apologise for his staff in anyway(repeated this many times at a high level) I never at this point even asked him to,after a total of 35 min recorded discussion with the manager I can only hope his boss realises the struggle this chap has with his role and understanding the customers/his role or even the basics of a managers role to be responsible for his staff,he had no etiquette no patience and no time for me after one of HIS DRIVERS mounted a public curb and almost hit me REALLY AM IN DISBELIEF
We ordered a Dimplex electric fire from ‘Stores-direct’ who are an internet middleman trading under the guise of Stoves-are-us, Fireplaces-are-us & Bathrooms-are-us, sourcing products from stockists rather than the manufacturers.
Unfortunately this presents an issue with quality, the Dimplex electric fire we ordered was sourced from Stern electric company – Morley, Leeds and had to be replaced 3 times due to varying faults with the appliance.
I believe that the supplied units are actually seconds and that ‘Stearn electric company’ are repairing faulty units to sell on at full price without declaring them as ‘B’ grade products.
When the fourth fire faulted we requested a return and refund from Stores-direct as the fires received were no good and had clearly been tampered with. This request was accepted and the fire was collected by UPS for return on the 18.07.19
It took 3 weeks to get a refund by opening a dispute case in Paypal (who luckily I had made the payment from) as ‘Stores-direct’ failed to respond to any correspondence following the return of the product to Stearn Electric.
