Item was absolutely superb, excellent craftsmanship that will last a life time.

Customer service was not great. I understand that they are a small company, but not replying to emails and the use of the contact form, was much to be desired.

They give an estimated lead time and it was double the expected time. They were very pleasant on the phone though and after receiving the item, I would have waited longer if they had communicated that.

I would shop there again, knowing the item will exceed expectations, but will bear in mind that the communication and expected lead time won’t be accurate.
