DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Shockingly bad service, ignored, owed £843 & no one cares!

Due to have an Alfa Romeo Junior lease vehicle delivered 23/6/26, aborted on the same morning due to ‘technical issues’ Currently without a vehicle & one month on, still no one has provided either me or my broker with an update, as to what is happening with this vehicle.

Numerous emails to faceless fleet managers & phone messages left, none answered/returned, no ownership or accountability for the mess I’m left in

Worse still, I was advised I could hire a car until the issue was resolved, which I organised & paid for myself. I am stuck in a doom loop trying to sort reimbursement, I am out of pocket by £843, not a small amount. Upon finally getting to speak with a real human 14/7/26 was advised payment had been authorised & I would receive 21/7, as payments are only made on a Tuesday weekly.

Guess what…… Tuesday has come & gone &
no monies received. The fact they you think it acceptable to leave a customer this much out of pocket, no reply to one single email or phone call is appalling, shame on you

Just bought my 4th car from stalantis and you salford im so happy with the vehicle Peugeot 3008 GT Naresh Syal the sales man was fantastic polite explained everything he's not just a car sales advisor he becomes a friend great personality buying a can from him is like having a day out you chat so much he is a credit to the group would recommend this company and sales man thank you stalantis and thank you Naresh see you in 2 years 😀

Purchased an Alfa from this garage back in February. When I came to collect the car there was a scratch on the front wing which I hadn’t been told about. As I’d driven for 4 hours to get it I was told that we could arrange to have a mobile repair service come to me and complete the repair in a week or two. That was fine, no great rush.
Unfortunately this didn’t happen, after numerous messages back and forth, each time being told it was sorted and I’d get a call from “revive” who would come and sort it nothing came.
I then had a reply from Matthew (who I’d dealt with throughout) that he had left the business and I should contact Connor Miles who knew all about it.
This I did and (despite seemingly not really knowing about it) Connor again promised it would be sorted and he’d give me a call in a day or two.
Predictably the call never came, and Connor also seemingly can’t respond to E-mails either.
As nobody seems to answer the phone I also logged a query online, also ignored and no reply.

There seems to be a distinct lack of aftercare once you have paid your money, and I can only assume they are trying to ignore the issues until people just give up.

Zero stars, avoid like the plague!

Part 2, & 4 of my Stellantis (Manchester) visits looking for a new car. Following on from my very good walk-in visit, I arranged a test drive of a DS4, this was with a very pleasant young salesman called Bobby and it was love at first drive with the DS4.
When back at the showroom I had a very good meeting with Donna Malpus, i left with the deal 90% done and a phone call a few days later the car was mine. A week later I arrived at Stellantis to collect my DS4. A had a problem with my bank but with Donna’s help the car was paid for. Thanks to Donna for her professionalism and charm & Conner for the finishing touch My only 2 disappointments are, the very low trade-in offer I received for my Mitsubishi even after some negotiations.
Then on my 4th visit I had to wait almost 3 chuffin’ hours to have a tyre changed after some debating and help from a young chap named Abu from the reception desk, a bit of inter-department left hand - right hand not knowing what’s been agreed.

Had a few problems with the pricing and what was included in the manufacturers specifications for the service which was a little stressful.

Fortunately the General Manager intervened and got everything sorted out pretty rapidly.

Day 23
Spoke with Ryan - service manager at Stellantis. Friendly, helpful & professional. Apologised for the delay. Assured me that he would get the issues with my car resolved straight away. True to his word he got everything resolved within 48hrs. Got more info from Ryan in a short phone call than I had the previous three weeks. As a customer that is all I can ask for, clear communication. It was a very frustrating time…got there eventually, thanks in no small part to Ryan, a credit to his organisation. Pleased with the eventual outcome and the work carried out to my vehicle. For this aspect of my dealings with Stellantis I’m happy to give credit where it is due. Thanks again to Ryan…good job

I recently visited this dealership and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The sales team were incredibly attentive without ever being pushy — they really took the time to understand what I was looking for.
The showroom had a really welcoming atmosphere. I was seen by Donna Malpus she was friendly and genuinely seemed to care about the customer experience, she really took the time to understand what I was looking for
Overall, it was one of the best dealership visits I’ve had. Totally stress free.

I bought aAlfa Tonale Veloce 18 months old 7190 miles and Alfa certified. it was returned within a week and refunded. It was given to me with TPMS warning light on and they said it would reset after driving. 75 miles later it remained on. The following day it broke down twice. Alfa assistance (RAC) came out and said that the car had not been checked and there were 16 faults in the system. The response from the management was appauling letting the young Sales man (George)to front the issues. He was helpful and without his direct Whatsapp number I would not have been able to speak to anyone. The initial response was to return the car and let them have a look at it (150 mile round trip) RAC gave me a report to say do not drive. NOT WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM AN ALFA MANIN DEALER

I came to the service for a service recall and was supported by Abu from the service reception team. He was friendly and welcoming and explained to me what was going to happen and gave me clear times on when I can pick up and reassured me on the service being completed

I recently sold my car to Stellantis Manchester, on the first visit all went well and agreed a price. However, on dropping the car off things quickly went downhill, where I was then told payment could take 2-3 weeks to arrive, which seemed very excessive and I begrudgingly accepted. But it was not to be, after 3.5 weeks and still no payment had arrived, chasing the dealer numerous times, callbacks that never happened and contacting the online sales team and still no resolution in sight. To then be told the payment had been approved by head office and it would be made on the next pay run, which came and went as did 3 other pay runs suggesting I was blatantly being lied to. Seemingly to cover up unnecessary delays, incompetence and simply a company who does not care in any way about treating customers fairly.

To make matter worse, raising a formal complaint with Stellantis Head Office seemed like the only option to get a resolution to the matter and to finally receive payment, after raising the compliant I received an automated response with a case reference and told I would be contacted within 3 working days, however 8 working days later Stellantis head office have still not bothered to contact me regarding the complaint even after chasing on two occasions. I will now be looking at raising a complaint with a regulatory body as this conduct can simply not be allowed to continue.

I have now received payment for my car by some miracle, with no communication to say it has been made and no apology, just simply a complete lack of respect for customers. The Stellantis website suggests their sell your car service is a quick and easy process, I see nothing about my appalling experience that suggests it has been quick and easy process.

Please think twice about giving Stellantis any custom. You are far better off using the like of Evans Halshaw or Arnold Clarks sell your car service, who as I now know offer payment within 5 working days, seems some car dealerships actually care about customers and know what delivering good customer service is.

We brought our Peugeot in for a service and we was welcomed by Julian at reception . Julian truly went above and beyond and helped us with issues even outside of the service . Would highly recommend Salford branch as they are very helpful .

Couldn’t have recieved a better experience, Naresh syal was very helpful with everything, all advice, made us feel very comfortable and choosing the right car… keeping us updated and any information we needed he was more than happy to help. Over hall more than happy with my experience with yous and naresh help
