AVOID THIS DEALER – they refused to honour a test drive I’d booked days in advance just because I wouldn’t take their overpriced finance. We went in today for a test drive of an Alfa Romeo Junior Ibrida with one of the sales member. Instead of simply letting us drive the car, we spent around 35 minutes answering questions about our “needs” and their finance. Only then did they admit their rate was around 55% more that the market offers, and because they couldn’t match what I can get from others – even after I said I’d effectively be paying in cash using my bank finance– they flat-out refused to let us do the test drive. Rude, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. After this experience I will not buy from Stellantis &You or Alfa Romeo anymore.

Our team spent time showing you the vehicle and discussing the full range of funding options available. We understand you had found a substantially lower finance rate online, which we were unfortunately unable to match. Given this, and with other customers waiting for scheduled appointments, we explained that we would not be proceeding with a test drive at that time.
We are also aware that the discussion became tense, and there was a misunderstanding regarding the intentions of our staff. We want to be clear that we take such concerns very seriously. Our team did not intend to cause any offence, and we regret that the situation escalated to the point where we felt it was best to end the appointment.
