Do not take your car to 457 Chingford Road, Walthamstow, London E4 8SP. My experience was an absolute farce from start to finish – unprofessional, disrespectful, and thoroughly incompetent.
I dropped the car off at 8:20am. No one gave me any realistic timeframe for how long the service would take. I returned at 12:30pm to find the car sitting in the exact same spot, completely untouched. Still no update, no explanation, nothing. I was left waiting around all day with no communication whatsoever about the delay.
By 5:00pm I went back again. The lady told me I would have to come back the next morning at 10:00am because the car still wasn’t ready. After further pushing and more wasted time, they finally handed it over around 6:00pm. Nearly ten hours of my day wasted for a job that clearly wasn’t prioritised.
The final insult: the car was not washed (something that is normally done after a service) and there was still plastic left behind by the workers. Careless, unfinished, and shoddy.
What made the whole ordeal even more disturbing was the clear difference in how other customers were treated compared to me. I can only conclude that the dismissive, drawn-out treatment I received had something to do with the fact that my skin colour is different. I watched it happen with my own eyes.
This place showed zero regard for my time, my comfort (I spent the day dealing with headache and back pain thanks to the endless waiting), or basic standards of service. Completely unprofessional and, frankly, suspect.
I strongly advise everyone to stay well clear. There are far better, more respectful garages that actually do the job properly and treat customers like human beings.

Had to pay around £600 to diagnose the fault of my CITREON AMI and then came back with a repair bill of £8500 to repair the car! A brand new car like this cost only £7000!
I took the car back without going ahead with the repairs and the car came back damaged in a few places! The car dealer is refusing to respond or pay for the damages.
Do not touch them.

I can’t recommend Arzoo highly enough! She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. When I was looking at a car I liked, she took the time to go through everything with me, offered honest and knowledgeable advice, and made sure I felt confident in my decision.

I have reported and issue to this company more then 2 years ago regarding my seatbelt that doesn’t function properly Despite the van were under the manufactures warranty ( van is 72 plate) first the person over the phone said is not under they responsibility then I’ve explained that it should be Then they accepted it. Ask me to wait because they don’t have the seatbelt holder in whole uk. That they have to bring overseas. Anyway made a call today and ask them why am I still waiting. And mr lance said that he can’t do anything warranty is finished yesterday. Even though I’ve told him the issue was raised 2 years ago. He said he hasn’t been working there for 2 years so he wouldn’t know. Kindly I’ve told him to let me speak someone who has been working there more then 2 years. He said there’s none 😄😄😄. That’s how they treat customers very disappointed. Will take this to ombudsman

The staff dealt with a difficult technical problem with great skill. I have always found the reception staff, technical and managerial staff very friendly and helpful.

I was treat in a kind and professional manner. They made sure they were flexible with appointment time.The staff were friendly and kept me updated. I informed them I needed my car for school rounds late in the afternoon and they made sure was ready well before time.

Our school minibus went in for repairs there was an issue with parts but the customer service team were so helpful, even calling back to keep me updated. Liam was also so helpful and accomodating when we were arranging an offsite MOT.

Went to appointment with a sales person most horrifying experience, customer service was disgraceful, he kept us waiting for over 30 minutes while he said that he was going to get a price for my car yet all he was doing was sitting chatting in the office, on the test drive he kept doing the indicators while my son was driving and trying to tell him how to drive. Kept trying to pressure him to buy and when we asked about another car and its price he would not tell us full price just £1500.00 more , yet when we checked on the site it was less than vehicle he was trying to sell us, Never would we consider to buy from them, They lost a sale through him he needs to learn how to treat customers

Selle was incredibly helpful and such a lovely lady. She provided us with all the information we needed and offered a wide range of options to ensure our needs were perfectly catered for.

The staff were super friendly and professional. They genuinely want to help you find the best option that suits your budget and requirements. I highly recommend this place!

Went to test drive a vehicle spent 2 hours there waiting and being messed about. Paid the reservation fee. A day later no call back nothing. We had to chase them to be told they’d sold the car to another purchaser. Unbelievable! All rude and disrespectful people. Go somewhere else if you can. Scum move.

As usual the service was excellent. My car has been serviced and MOT for the past seven years. Reception is friendly and professional and of course very efficient. During the car service.I am told at what time my car should be ready. I stay in the area usually shopping and I am sent text message stating my vehicle is ready.Also a video of my car on the ramp showing me the underneath of the car which you don't usually get to see and the outside showing the general condition.

Went to Chingford branch and test drove T03 Leapmotor with Amo
Amazing customer service.
I was apprehensive at first but definitely worth going. Ask for him particularly as I felt he sells the experience and the right car.
