A Nice Change
Stellantis & You, Coventry, was the 4th showroom we visited on our search for our new, used car. The saleswoman, Sarah Egan, was very helpful. Friendly and knowledgeable about the model we were interested in. She demonstrated the car and patiently answered our questions and talked us through the purchase options.
She definitely made the buying experience easy, which was a nice change. Very satisfied customers.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service: the staff have perfected the art of restricting you from speaking to managers. Even when you do interact with a manager, their commitment to following through and calling you back is awful.
Allocation of service appointments even when the car is being recalled due to their poor workmanship beggars belief.

Helpful as usual.
The salesman was very helpful, explained everything well. Was very patient in taking me through the complexities of the cars instrumentation etc. Have bought several cars from Carl Monk over the last 20 years, and has always been thorough and helpful.
