Nice atmosphere

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Mo was an excellent assistant and helped us with all our queries and was always informative and caring with us. We had the best experience with Mo when choosing our vehicle and he was very understanding and patient with us.

I purchased a new, all-electric car from Stellantis Edgware last week after having had a test drive with Sina. It was his knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicle that gave me self-assurance during the test drive and really helped me make the decision to purchase afterwards. His patience and understanding afterwards when he ran through all the vehicle controls and features meant that I was fully confident to drive it away when I came back to collect it.

Do not put your van in here waited nearly a month for an appointment as warning lights on van then tried to charge me £840 For a service I didn’t need and to replace the battery that the warranty run out in January when I tried to book them wanted to keep my van for another day as battery didn’t show up

Mr Patel was very helpful he make sure a get what I was looking for with Peugeot car that I want

Mr Patel was a very professional and friendly adviser. He took upon himself to support us with the transition. We had a little bit of an issue with Motability and he sort it out on the best way possible.

Questions which arised, answered and were explained well.

Advice was given and best options and solutions carefully examined with Mr Mo Zarin. He demonstrated great commitment and communicating from the first day to handover day which made the process swift.
He also was able to source a like for like vehicle before the manufacturing date which made a lot of difference to the anticipated longer time.

Highly Recommend the Edware branch as they are a great team.

Mo was really helpful when I went in for a test drive last week so I will be going back this week to order my new car!
My only small criticism would be that I wouldn't class driving around the block as a test drive. I went to volvo straight after and they just gave me the keys and off I went for as long as I wanted. Having said that, the fact I'm going back to Mo to order my new car says all you need to know.

I had a really good experience with Mo Zarrin. He was very helpful, friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend a family friend to see him if looking to buy a car

My car which is under warranty has been off road since July. When I called to get it booked for repair the earliest appointment which was given to me was 2nd of September in Stellantis & you Edgware. I was then told my car will be picked up between 8am -12pm but no one came to collect the car. When rang the dealership they said apparently I was suppose to get the car there myself even though they wrote to me saying my car will be picked up. I was then told that if I don't get the car there by 4pm I will have to wait a further 2-3 weeks for another appointment. I then managed to get the car to the dealership where I was told it will be atleast 2 weeks before they will be able to look at the car. After 3 weeks i get a call to say that the car engine needs to be stripped for which they need a ramp which will be available by first week of october which again didnt happen. Since then every time i asked for an update i was told there is no ETA. After making numerous complaints in early novmeber i got told that now the battery has a fault (which was not there initially) and appeared after 2 months of the dealership havimg the car. I then had to go to the dealership as I was not getting anywhere on the phone to them and I asked for official reports which was then sent to me by the assistant service manager. In the reports there was no mention of engine having to strip or battery having to be replaced. All the report said was that the coolant pump needs replacing. For months I was being told the engine needs stripping, then I was told the battery needs replacing and now the car has been with the dealership for over 3 months and offroad for 5 months and still there is no ETA of when I will get my car back. In all this time they are still taking money out of my account and also refused to give me a courtesy car. Putting me in a very tough financial situation and harming my mental well being. I feel like I am victim of a fraud and the dealership, the finance department and vauxhall customer careline are all frauds and conns. I will be taking this matter to financial ombudsman and motor ombudsman because no one from Vauxhall or stellantis & you dealership and finance company cates. All these guys care about is them taking the money from the customers account. Please avoid getting anything from these guys.

The only thing that would have improved my experience is if Stellantis, Edgware had reminded me to book my annual service. I can find no record of an e-mail or telephone call.

They keep you well informed about what they are doing. Very friendly
