Filip did an excellent job, answering my questions and finding the correct deal for me

The man I dealt with was very well informed kind happy helpful to the point that he helped me pick a car more suited to my needs than the car I actually went to see. I went to see a citreon but he also showed me a vauxhal that had so many extras that suited my needs really well. He was very knowledgeable and I felt very reassured he new what he was talking about. I left very happy that I had the right vehicle.

When I arrived at the Vauxhall, Edgware branch Vik was very professional and knowledgeable and pointed me to the right direction to a car which was suitable for me. He listened to my needs and guided me to the right direction in which I chose a vauxhall car in the end. He made me feel comfortable and provided me excellent customer service all the way through. I wanted to specifically give a shout out to Vik Dattani and have walked away feeling very happy and confident. He was able to answer my queries and made suggestions I hadn’t even considered. As a woman I do feel talked down to at times by other reps at other companies but Vik was professional, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He listened and made me feel heard. Went to the vauxhall branch today in Edgware was greeted by Vikesh so friendly,helpful and very patient as I can be very indecisive sometimes. Helped me with a few options and will definitely be coming back. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Great customer service. Explained terms and conditions really well and additional services. We took out the paint cover as a result of the excellent sales pitch. Thanks to the amazing laura!

Mo and team gave great customer satisfaction, explained everything so clearly in a calm polite manner and did not push a hard sales line. Demonstrated all plans, models, features, prices on offer on the first visit.

Went above on beyond to keep me happy until my new vehicle arrived. Even while I opted for a higher version in the order process. Nothing was to much trouble. Communication was top ,always informed me of latest progress.

Finally on handover day, gave a good rundown on the car's features, test run and made sure I was happy.
