Updated review I’m updating my original review because Stellar contacted me after my Trustpilot review and handled the situation professionally. My original complaint still stands: before purchasing, I clearly explained that I needed the software for approximately 50 PCs, and the chat support recommended the Technician version without explaining that the license was for a single machine. Stellar later acknowledged that this requirement was overlooked during the chat. After contacting me, they apologized, admitted the mistake, and provided me with a 3-machine license free of charge as a goodwill gesture. This doesn’t completely change my original experience, but I appreciate that they took responsibility and offered a practical solution instead of ignoring the issue. The initial support experience was disappointing, but the follow-up customer service was much better. For that reason, I’m updating my rating to 4 stars.

I have a Thunderbird folder that I needed to convert to PST so that I could use the PST file in Outlook to access my emails. I searched for software and found Stellar Converter for MBOX. Initially, I downloaded the demo version to scan the Thunderbird data. After verifying that all the emails were displayed correctly in the preview, I purchased the full version of the software to save the data. The software worked successfully for this requirement.

Very easy to use. Highly recommended!
Stellar Converter for MBOX is a great product. It did just what it promised. Used product to convert Thunderbird to Outlook. Had told client they would just have to keep Thunderbird to look at old emails. Finding this product made them very happy. Was able to move all old emails to new Outlook platform without any data loss. This product made my IT company look really good to my client.
Simple to use and customer support will help when an issue arises.

This product did work as advertised. It was very easy to use once i got it installed and activated. I had an issue getting the product activated but customer service was very helpful in getting it resolved. Turns out that the product is not supported on vm's so i have to uninstall/reinstall on an actual pc. I also had to move the user data to the local hard drive as it woudl not recognize a mapped drive. once i got it setup, it was very easy to use and worked great. I would recommend it and their other products as well.
