Great and fast support—because on my Surface the software for the OST recovery was very slow, I could transfer the license. But as I described it above, it is important to know when you buy the license, which you cannot see at the moment. Stellar Converter for ost is a great tool.

Very easy to use and the customer service was outstanding. Definitely recommend!
Stellar Converter for OST is excellent product. I have nothing but great feedback. We had a customer who experienced an issue with a rogue employee with administrative technical access. Customer housed their own mail server onsite. The employee deleted his mailbox and attempted to scrub and remove all remnants of eMail and mail exchanges on his local computer and the server. Instead of rebuilding an offline mail server or restoring his mailbox which at the time was 120GB+ in size I purchased the converter product. After purchase I went to the local laptop and was able to use the OST files available to restore those to a PST useable file and then open then to review from another device. Negating the need to change/modify or alter the server environment. It was considerably much less expensive compared to the cost of labor time, technical involvement and experience needed to modify the server environment. I would definitely recommend the product in a recovery situation working with Outlook/Exchange files on devices. What would have normally taken a weekend and using recovery processes with backups was reduced to a workstation issue and few hours waiting on a status bar recovery.

I definitely rate it as a 5. Stellar Converter for OST has been a life save. I used it for two issues last winter. 1. a system was compromised and encrypted. (the OST made it through) Used it to recover 2. an admin employee maliciously removed and deleted his mailbox before quitting. Was unaware of the OST remaining. Used the product to recover. LOL Couldn't outsmart your software. I keep it in my IT Toolbox as I'm a systems consultant and every few years programs like yours come in VERY handy when customers decide not to abide industry standards.
