I was using Acronis Rescue Media Builder to create a Bootable file to attempt to boot my Windows 10 PC which crashed and lost the operating system. Using a previous boot file, I was successful in recovering the C drive but it still would not boot to windows. It was indicated byAcronis that I needed drivers which were not available on the HP website. I found a folder on the C driver that contained the .inf files for drivers. I copied it to an 8TB external drive. I then attached the external drive to another PC and attempted to build another rescue file and include the driver file. The app did not give me an option for the target and I proceeded without checking. It ran for about 3 minutes and I cancelled but it wiped out the 8TB leaving a 2TB drive. I googled which program would be best to recover my data and Stellar was one of two suggested. I chose Stellar and downloaded, installed and ran it on my external drive that was wiped by Acronis. I was pleased and surprised how much data was listed in the scan. The 8TB drive had about 3TB of data when it was wiped but when I attempted to recover everything that was scanned it said there wasn't enough room. The scan said there was over 149TB of data so it not only recovered everything I had on the drive but many months of previous PC backups. I would highly recommend Stellar Data Recovery to anyone who is looking to recover a file they have lost.

I downloaded and paid for a stellar product based on change from OST to pst files - I was advised that the folder i downloaded was incorrect by Rohit - whom kindly downloaded the correct file and then we worked out that my outlook is corrupted so we downloaded another file .... so at this point Rohit helped me with great service but ,,,, the task is still in process - Then I got passed to Deepak - who asked me to download another software and that didnt work ....so at this point 5 hours in and 2 cheques paid ....This companies products dont work !

Data recovery for windows - product is helping with my recovery so far, it has saved some files I thought I had lost. I am still working on recovery since the external drive was very corrupted, but the customer service has been helping me figure out how to work through the process. I would recommend this product for it's ease of use and the customer service help.
