I used it once for a customer who did not back up his database at all..ever. Your tool allowed me to help him and get his existing database file uncorrupted, and then proceeded to fix it for him. I was very impressed. And he was relieved.

The product worked well for recovering the .MDF and .LDF files from a backup file. This feature wasn't available to preview in the free download so I had to take a risk with the purchase because all avenues used to contact anyone at the company were fruitless. Since the existing mdf file was corrupted and I could only see a fraction of the data in the preview with the free version. The Backup Extractor seemed like it would be my only hope if the .BAK wasn't corrupted. The process took close to 5 hours to recover a 4GB backup after which I was able to use the recovered mdf/ldf files to restore my database.

Very helpful in helping resolve an issue installing the Tech Version after moving the software to a new computer. Logged in an immediately solved the issue. The software itself works very well.
