Unbelievably great service, helping me with my purchase and a fabulous product/boat (Dragonfly). Sorting out my purchase, liaising my demo etc was brilliant. The boat itself is a joy to paddle. Effortless to paddle and steer, lovely and stable, tracks pretty well for a little boat. So lightweight I can use it more than my other (bigger and heavier) boat.
