Return trip DK-Sweden
Return trip DK-Sweden.
Worst first: The return trip was 15:45 to 19:00. They decide to close the restaurant 17:15, shortly before normal meal time actually starts. No reasonable explanation why, I asked.
Getting off and on in Göteborg is horrible.
Also wifi was sketchy.
Outbound: Had reserved seats, these are placed in the middle of the childrens play area. A mindboggling stupid decision. Left the seats I had paid for.
On top of this it is expensive. Never want to go again with Stena Line.

Trip to Holland which was cancelled due to Covid
We booked a trip to Holland which we could not use as covid restrictions came into force at the start of pandemic. We were offered a re-booking but we did not know when we would be able to travel when we called so were told it was not a problem and we can phone again in the new year (2021) to book when new ferry time came out. We did not manage to arrange anything until recently so called up to see if they would still honor that booking and were pleasantly surprised that there was not one instant of hesitation from Stenaline, they instantly booked us instantly and refunded the small difference in price, I was very happy with the service. Thank you.

Not providing accurate and timely information.
Called 2x (23 mins & 28 min waiting) to check whether hook to harwich would arrive before 4 am (start of covid quarantine). Was politely told 'no way', - certainly not e.g. "we are working on it" . We turned the car around and did not go to Hook. I now see on Facebook that the ferry WILL arrive before 4, and we would thus not have to self quarantine. Our vacation lost due to poor advice from this company.

We wanted to go to Sweden in July.
We booked a trip from Sassnitz to Trelleborg and hotels on Rügen in June.
Now this course has been canceled, with the option of using the route from Rostock.
This is not acceptable for us because the route is too long a detour.
As an alternative, a voucher was issued. A previously guaranteed repayment is no longer granted with reference to CIVID19.
Duration on the voucher is a joke. Valid until December 31, 2020.
Not even 6 months. How do I ever want to be able to use this voucher in the current situation?
We will report this matter to legal protection tomorrow and hand it over to the lawyer.
We will also report this operator for violation of "Regulation [EC] 1177/2010 concerning the rights of passengers when traveling by sea and inland waterway".
Do not book this provider under any circumstances, you will only have problems.

The ferry had a delay of 1 hour at the departure from Frederikshavn, and the cooked food at restaurant Taste was tasting really weird and old.
