Very poor customer service where priority is money
A really poor experience where they Chose money over customer service.
I bought a black diamond & sapphire ring from them a few tears ago which was so faulty it had to returned to them twice as the diamonds kept falling out.
They did offer at the time to remake it with a 12 week lead in time but i said no.
Since then i have repeatedley asked if they can make it & i will happilly pay the APROX £3,000
Despite this they keep saying no, yet they can offer me a ring from their website altered to add sapphires at a starting price of £6,500 !!
They can't make a ring but they can alter one & add all of the stones for thousands more ?
A simple case of greed as they are only looking to get as much money as they can from me.
A perfect reason for me to buy from a reputable & reliable place where the stones stay in the ring.
I would avoid as they put cash over any kind of customer service
