Nothing is too much trouble and I really like how they facilitate me to do as much as I can rather than absorbing it all and charging me for it. They are always very professional, responsive and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.
I prepaid Sterling Rees for a service that was not completed. I’ve made several attempts to resolve the matter, but they have refused to issue a refund. I’ve now had to involve my solicitor. In my experience, I did not find this firm to be transparent or reliable, and I would advise others to exercise caution.
Sterling Rees Tax and Accountancy are withholding vital information regarding my final year accounts which have been paid for which has resulted in a fine from the HMRC.
