In a pinch

My wife & I are going on a trip on April 17th & I needed another battery for my dig camera. I ordered one through another company (on March 30th) & by April 14th it still wasn't here. They told me (the OTHER co.) that it was lost in the mail. I found Sterling Tek (had good reviews) and ordered a battery (VERY well priced) and for just another $10 had it overnighted. I was in a race to get it before we left early Sat morning. I contacted Sterling Tek, and received a response within a few hours, and to my surprise, I got the battery within 19 hrs for only $29.95. It was a digital ID battery so I was told it ws guaranteed to work with my new Lumix, and it sure did.
They came through for me in a pinch & the quick respomse on my email let me know that I mattered as a customer.
