WARNING Absolutely thieves and fraud auction house & auctioneer
HOPE THIS REVIEW CAN REACH THE POOR SELLER WHO TRUSTED YOUR FRAUD AUCTION HOUSE TO SELL HIS ROLEX WATCH

Auction date 28th of April 2026 lot number 144 ( Rolex Datejust 36 Ref 16013 Circa 1987 ) (BLUE DIAL) on the 28th of April which your auctioneer stole it of me after winning the auction and give away to HIS FRAUD ASSOCIATE

Won a Rolex watch at £2500 after long bidding period and a battle, clearly wining online at my bid of £2500 once won the thief auctioneer announce sold to room bidder, those thieves didn't just stole from myself but from the poor seller who trusted such thieves and fraud auction, I was willing to bid up to £3500 for the watch but the fraud auctioneer can clearly see I am willing to keep bidding, bidding start at £1500 and my bid was never late and immediately, twice I should have won the watch be the fraud auctioneer waited for over a minute as if he inviting someone he knew to bid on, finally when he realised I am willing to bid to the end, he simply stole it off me at my own bid of £2500 and give it to his other fraud partner, I send an email to this fraud auction house but obviously they have nothing to say as they are fully aware of they fraud, never ever trust those thieves to sell your items, and obviously not worth bidding on such fraud site

Great communication - even during Lockdown and this COVID commotion! Really friendly staff, I'm so pleased with my bracelet and would be happy to deal with them again!

Just read the previous review and will redress the balance as my experience with this company has been quite the opposite. I have won three bids in three different auctions, the service has always been prompt and efficient. One this year was during the lockdown period and took a little longer to process but then so has everything this year.

Not so Sterling performance from this auction company!

I've been buying and selling items through The Saleroom.Com portal for a number of years now and have never had any trouble in doing so. I've always paid for my lots on time and Saleroom.Com will verify this. However, in April of this year I had the miss-fortune to win a watch on The Sterling Vault platform which utilizes Saleroom.Com. After waiting a few days to receive my invoice and not hearing from them I emailed via their website: Sterling Vault, using their contact page and asked to be invoiced. I did not hear from them. A few days later I rang them and spoke to a young lady and explained I had not received an invoice, she checked and agreed and also updated my home address as I had recently moved. I expected an updated invoice with P&P included which I had asked for. Nothing arrived apart from an email saying that my address had been updated and P&P added to the invoice, but NO invoice. This month (May) I finally received an invoice and paid it immediately. A week went by and no watch was forthcoming so I contacted them. The answer they gave was due to Covid 19 they couldn't post items that were won until a later date. I pointed out that the auctions that I do had lots posted within 2 days of them being paid, it's not so hard to do! Also, why have they time and man-power to do another 3 auctions after the one I won the watch in if they were unable to fulfill their contracts for their previous one? It resulted in me being banned by them (which means all auction houses using Saleroom.Com see that I am listed as banned due to being a slow payer) but they did refund me the £600+ I had paid. Unfortunately Saleroom.Com cannot intervene as it is down to individual auction houses to choose who they ban or allow, and so I warn any of you reading this to bear in mind what I have informed you of before bidding on any items being sold by Sterling Vault. Ultimately it is your decision whether you trust them or not. I certainly don't.
