I ordered a pair of shoes but they never came, The web page said "waiting on Fedex" after several weeks I reached out to Steve Madden via email asking for an update. I got a response but it was not helpful and they didnt ever address where my order was. I noticed after I emailed them they added a shipping code to the order status, however there was not shipping date or further details, I emailed many times and each time I received a very non-specific, non-coherent response. They never addressed where my shoes were, its been about a month and they still never came, and I have no response from them as to where they are. I feel like I have been scammed by Steve Madden. How could this happen?

Steve Madden is crap. My boots lasted 4 months and then they started to come apart. After writing to customer service, I was offered a 15% discount that could not be combined with other offers, while on the site they were offering a 25% Black Friday discount. This is what you call being made fun of!

Pre-ordered boots on 9/23, tried follow up a few weeks later and was told they were scheduled to go out 10/12. Today it’s 11/16, I have inquired again since with no response and all I want to do now is cancel my order. The site doesn’t offer that option and as previously mentioned there is no customer service that is responsive. I’m about to make a BBB complaint.

I have ordered 9 pairs of shoes and they deducted money too. After few days they said it was a technical issue, Black Friday is a joke for them and never ever trust them.
If it is not available then they should not deduct my money. Hope i will receive my money back.

I ordered 3 items from Steven madden and they cancelled my order without even knowing me , when I called them , they told me that there items have quality issue and they cancelled the order by themselves however wasting my time and energy , they are very unprofessional and I would advise you to choose better brand

Never ever order from Steve Madden!! I ordered shoes from their online store, the heels folded under the shoe when I stood up in them. I contacted customer service for a return, I was told the shoes weren’t eligible for a return. THIS FN COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!! ZERO STARS!!!

Shoes started peeling after the first wear. contacted Steve Madden customer service several times and the response I got was 20%off.. I call that pretty lousy for a shoe that was almost $100 worn a total of 4 times now

shipping very slow and possibly the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever bought. Still trying to break them in after initial blisters. Will probably end up inthe trash/ ;;\ I wanted these slides so bad but will never buy from Steve Madden again

I placed an order for a pair of boots on August 10th, 2023. When placing the order they gave the expected delivery date as September 13th, 2023. September 13th came and went with no communication from Steve Madden, I was patient and gave them some time but when I did. It hear from them I contacted them on September 27th and was told they had moved their warehouse and were delayed in shipping. I was told my item would ship within a week. After a week with no communication from them of further delays I contacted them again and was now told approximately another 2 weeks. I asked for a full refund if they could not be shipped within a week and they immediately refunded me . The customer service representative told me that their shipping says to expect delays , which they did but only by a month not 2 months. The gaslighting is not a good look for them.

Made a purchase form Steve Madden, but the quality of the merchandise was extremely poor. I obtained a return slip and mailed it back to them, and they only partially refunded me! They have kept over $20 of my $50 order, making my return essentially useless. They say they are taking off the cost of shipping, yet I did not pay to ship it to me and was told it was a free return!!! Their website only mentions a $6 restocking fee, this is a huge scam. DONT buy from them.

They never provided a tracking number till it was too late and my package had been returned to the warehouse, and now I have no shoes and they said they can't send them again because they sold out. Horrible costumer service, I had been contacting them almost daily for almost 3 WEEKS

Terrible delivery if you order anything you will wait 2 weeks even if it shows shipped from 2 states away .

I ordered sandals during the summer and have worn them no more than 3 times, yesterday the bottom part detached from the upper part by barely walking with them, customer service said I have worn them so they cannot do anything about it. I mean it's poor quality.. so never again!

Terrible company with little value to customer. Returned a pair of shoes that were ill fitted. Paid for the return as they do not offer a return service like HM, Zara and other large retailers. When I did not receive my refund, I contacted them and they said they never got the item back to the warehouse. I provided them with a receipt and reference number for proof of item returning and they still refuse to refund. This would never happen with other big retailers. Never again.

I ordered the same pair of shoes 3x and they kept sending me the wrong pair of shoes. Customer service acted like they were doing me a favour by allowing me the return the shoes free of charge at the expense of my time and gas. I placed my order back in August 11/2023 and they still haven't got it right to this day. Most recent wrong shoes again yesterday (August 29)...Terrible online experience, terrible customer service and they don't mind wasting your time.

Do not order from Steve Madden !! They use Ontrac for delivery and Ontrac does not deliver in Texas . My package has shipped back to California TWICE . I have called Steve Madden and they do not seem concerned or eager to help or give advice on what to do . Ontrac also has not responded . At this point I have to call me bank to dispute , TWO WEEKS LATER!

Ordered shoes online from Steve Madden website, which were supposed to be delivered in 3-7 business days. After 2 weeks of no email or delivery, when followed up, received an email that your size is out of stock and we will refund money in 3 days. On their website item still shows to be available. Amazing job on customer service 👏🏼

I ordered a size up and the shoes were WAY too small. The return policy is a joke and the support is not helpful at all.

DO NOT USE cannot get a refund had to refer to Paypal. never reply to emails
