School skirt
Sizes do match up to what the garment should be. Skirt was returned.
24size was more like 28/29
Your shop assistant compared the waste to a skirt in the store & it was 2” bigger.
Would be help if your garments had universal sizes, this last year all my items have varied in size & quality.

Knowledgeable and cheerful - Excellent customer service
We usually go to Harpenden branch. We are always amazed with the patience and thoroughness of all the staff. Susanne and Adrianne are extremely knowledgeable and often advised us of the upcoming change in uniform which was always appreciated. The amount of size changes, returns, last minute fitting. Always updating us with stock availability. And providing emergency PE shorts first thing in the morning! Can't fault them. We had been to different larger branches but certainly Harpenden is a favourite.

Incorrect item given twice
Incorrect item was initially ordered for us. Went in to replace it only to find out when we returned home that a second incorrect item had been given to us! (A girl’s sports shirt instead of a boys one). One mistake is okay but three visits to a shop for one item is irritating.

Rude staff who wanted us out of the…
Rude staff who wanted us out of the shop as quickly as possible even though we had an appointment. No room in store as the other family in the shop had their whole extended family with them and we were overlooked. Given the amount of money we spent the staff could of been happier to serve us. No confident advice on sizing and at.
