Size matters
Ordered a size 12 which was enormous so returned item immediately and requested a size 8. This was delivered straight away and I received it on 3.10.25. It fits perfectly. I was very impressed with the speed of my requests, both for the wrong size and the right size.

Speed and Quality
The speed and quality of shipment was great especially considering that the order was international. The variety available online was great. I’ll look for them again when making my next Barbour purchase.

Customer service
Phoned on Saturday with a query about coat sizings. They went and got an item from stock and took some measurements.
I ordered online later that day.
Despatched Sunday. Arrived Tuesday. Great service.
The coat was £70 cheaper than other retailers.
