Exemplary service following a delivery problem
Royal Mail failed to deliver in reasonable time. Contacted S&G by email and their response was exemplary - chasing Royal Mail repeatedly and keeping me informed in the pre-Christmas period which was a busy time for them.

needed product quickly but took a few days to be dispatched and another 4 days on top of that for delivery, a week in total for being delivered to northern ireland 30 miles from where company is based and delivery cost was charged at £7:99 i post a lot of parcels with royal mail and only ever charged £3:90

However, it seems that Royal Mail misdirected your parcel and it ended up in the mainland before coming back to NI. Apologies for this delay. Regarding the delivery charge, you were charged £4.99 for shipping and not £7.99. We're not sure where you got this figure from.
