Do NOT buy from here!!!!

I order two dresses and one arrived as a faulty product and the other looks so tacky and cheap. I cannot get a return on these items as there website has a NO REFUNDS policy. Save your money and shop at reputable websites.

I’m glad I searched the reviews of this store first before deciding to buy. I was planning to spend to $500 to buy dresses but now never. What a pity. I only cares of the negative reviews as I found them legit than the positive.

Very poor service. No refund is hidden in the fine print. Store credits only. Unable to phone. Incorrect sizing and poor quality items.

I confirmed payment on a recent order before checking that the discount code had been applied to the order. The customer service was fantastic in both responding to my inquiry and in offering me options for reimbursement of the discounted amount. Thanks team - awesome customer service which has been very much appreciated.

I bought a dress. As it is an online retailer I expected I could try it on and return it if it did not fit. But they do not refund if the dress is not the right size only give you store credit (kept pointing to their fine print policy as why they don’t). Given how cheap and nasty the dress was and how the sizing seemed off I really did not want a credit to buy anything else. I guess it will need to go in the bin.

Don’t buy from these guys! There are plenty of other shops who are not contributing to land fill.

I had a small issue with a store credit & was able to resolve this quickly via the online chat function with Alexandra. Great customer service.

“Store credit only” is a ploy to keep your hard-earned money when you return their cheap junk.

That’s obviously why you’re unable to review items on their website. If people saw the bad reviews they wouldn’t buy anything. Then st frock wouldn’t have the opportunity to keep your money.

They still have $80 of mine.
I wonder how many others have fallen for their tricks.

Dodgy company with dodgy ethics. Avoid!

The prompt response I had from Alexandra regarding my exchange of clothing was excellent. She was extremely helpful and made the process very seamless. Would thoroughly recommend purchasing from St Frock.

Will never buy from them again. Quality of dress was very very poor as was the cut. It is not fit for purpose. They would not give a refund. This is against the Vic Fair Trading Act. Alex said their policy is clearly stated on the website. I could not locate it. I am lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs.

I have bought a few items on St Frock. I kept the ones I liked and was able to return the ones I didn't easily. I even have changed my mind on one item and its over 30 days, I contacted them to see if I could still return it and I could, for a credit note. I am happy with this. Also, the person replied really quickly which was awesome to see.

I needed to cancel an order after making a mistake. They were quick to respond and were able to cancel the order without any issues. Very prompt and friendly service.

Like the other reviews, the cardigan I purchased (expensive) was cheap quality and was smaller than described, they refused a return even though full priced item, when I googled it appears they are meant to offer a refund minus postage, they were really obstinate and only offered a credit. Needless to say will not purchase from these cowboys again.

I bought from st frocks a few time now, very happy with my purchases. It also has a store in the city near my office but I have yet had time to visit, will do it soon.

I love that the chat is ran by a real human and not a automatic robotic service, not to mention the beautiful, stylish, well priced items that this website sells, along with free delivery over $50 and awesome sales, and no hassle returns. I find it hard to shop anyplace else. 10/10 for St Frock from me!

The quality of the products are extremely poor. Definitely not worth the price. I am really not sure how there are so many good reviews. I am taking a guess at these definitely not being real customers.
When I attempted to return the products (literally 45 minutes after I opened them), I was shocked to see that I could only receive a store credit. Not only is this illegal and definitely not a policy I have ever heard of before it makes no sense for an online store.
I attempted to contact the St Frock team, but was basically told too bad. And that the policy is listed all over the website. I have never heard of not being able to return clothing and never thought I would have to look for something so absurd.
I have reported them to the ACCC and will be escalating it further.
Honestly what a joke!

Also edited to add, it’s interesting how now the Google reviews are no where to be found. Not sure how they have managed to hide them. But will try post this everywhere to warn people.

Such great customer service. Their delivery time is super quick. The skirt itself is such good quality and looks so professional (Tinamous Skirt in Navy). I ordered online then immediately realised I made an error and chose the wrong size. I emailed them and they replied straight away, they changed my size and had it in the post the next day. I will definitely shop with St Frock ongoing.
