Best website for threads and aida

I have only recently discovered Stitcher, but I have already ordered from them multiple times because I have been so impressed. It is a great website, especially for DMC and Anchor threads, and they are a lot cheaper than my local craft stores. They always dispatch and deliver my orders fast - which I am always very grateful for. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent company from the UK

Excellent company from the UK. Lovely quality thread and aida and shipped very quickly. Will definitely be using them again for my future sewing projects.

Excellent service from Stitcher but ...

Excellent, quick and accurate fulfilment of my order from Stitcher, let down by using Evri to deliver the parcel - or not as the case may be! I would recommend the use of a different delivery service as the parcel was delivered to my neighbour's secure parcel box and he was on holiday!

Avoid Stitcher

Wouldn’t use again. Paid extra for Royal Mail 48 and I’m still waiting for Royal Mail to receive the item a week later. Now having to go to Hobbycraft and buy a second time! Will be requesting a refund.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service - problem with delivery on first attempt but Stitcher sorted and I received items next morning. Now that's what you call customer service😁 Thank you so much, will definitely use your company again.

Super fast delivery

Cheaper than my nearest craft shop (think large chain craft store), had everything I needed in stock.
Placed my order in the morning, was dispatched by the end of the day and was on my doorstep the next day. Brilliant service.

Great service

I ordered three DMC stranded cottons to finally finish a cross stitch project that I had been working on all year. The cottons were delivered the following day, so no waiting for me! Great service!

Great customer service

I have just made my first purchase for some DMC threads to finish a project I have been doing.
The threads arrived really quickly, & were a great price. I received a welcoming email as it was my first purchase & a card in with my threads thanking me for my business, I just love that. Great attention to detail. Definitely 5 star customer service
