I needed some Aida and embroidery skeins for a project and happened upon Stitchtastic online. They had everything I needed and at a great price. Not long after ordering, I discovered that I had made a mistake and contacted Stitchtastic, they were very quick, helpful and professional and were able to amend my mistake. This was the first time I made a purchase on ESTY. I could not find the Aida Cross stitch bands locally, so I had to reach out to another source. I chose Stitchtastic and am so happy I did. The purchase on-line was easy. I received messages from the shop as my purchased was processed and the Royal Mail constantly updated me as to where my package was! When I received my package I couldn't have been happier. It was exactly as expected! I hope to do business with them in the future!
