Expected more from Dr Greggy A Panga (cardio)

I expected more from Dr Greggy A. Panga (cardiology) at the premier hospital in the Philippines. To not be able to answer my question about the consultation cost (a consultation of 5 minutes and checking 5 boxes) and not having any prices available and then to suddenly say 75$ as I am nearly walking out of the door seemed like an ambush. I actually thought I had been comped lol and was going to give the secretary/nurse a big tip (as some doctors here do not charge for such quick consults).
