I have been a stockcharts subscriber for over 10 years. There is a HUGE learning curve with this service. I have finally got things figured out on how to make the features work for me, and one bright and shiny morning (April Fool's no less) logged on to find they had "new and improved" some scanning features, unfortunately, they had "new and removed" key features I rely on. They have been dumped entirely. How, exactly, is that helpful to your subscribers??? You renew your subscription based on what is in front of you, and then 1 year later, those very same features you wanted and used, are taken away. That's what happened. Almost fraudulent. And this is not the first time this has happened when they "improve" things. This is pretty much it for me. I can't be bothered to put the time into figuring out a workaround. So, what now? I just want people to be aware that the features you use and depend on today may be gone tomorrow. I will not be renewing. Moving on. Time to find a service where they appreciate their subscribers and don't delight in screwing with them.

The charting itself is good and fast, and it’s fine for basic technical analysis. I expected more honestly. The platform is stuck in 2015. Not terrible, not great - 3 stars. Could be more if you add more advanced features.

Tried to sign up for free trial but there was no confirmation or anything like that, it look like registration didnt happen. also no email was sent to me with login details. no email was sent for trial start confirmation... no email was sent for payment notification also but was billed.. support was near zero.

i've been using this tool for 3 years for technical analysis of usa stocks. as both day trader and swing trader, the quality and speed of their technical graphs is great and the website is easy to use. i've just renewed my subscription for another year. good value for money. the customer service is fast usually reply within 2-3 h.

I am 10 years customer - they don't care of customer service. Would STRONGLY advice new folks, to start at other vendors. I will start looking to move on.

Feedback given is not cared at all.

Example : They want me to delete alerts on stock price manually each one of them. I have almost 200 alerts which have been triggered and waiting on me to delete. Who does this kind of software ?????

What a Crappy site. So Many AD's Laggy experience. Go to Tradingview.com - you be much happier

They do not even reply emailed, avoid this company and do not give them your card details.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. This company is all about money. I had a pending charge and contacted customer service to stop the pending charge and I don't use their website. Without hesitation the representative mentioned that they don't offer refunds under any circumstances! Bad company practice and its no wonder why they have a lot of negative reviews. This company gets its money from charging people and never refunding. STAY AWAY!!!!

Stay away , they charged me for 2 months service. I cancelled during the trial period. They refused to refund my accout. Customer service grade CAPITAL F for FAILURE !!!!!! HORRIBLE !!!! Will report them to the attorney general office and CFPB

They just will bill you and provide zero service,i joined so i could get Larry Williams service , however i could not find there service for him plus i rec'd zero e mails from stock charts.com regarding anything at all, as if i never did any business with them at all !!!! and they will not return any of there phone calls

Spamming without possibility to unsubscribe from the mailing list.
Free trial billing that is made to be charged right after if you don't required the unsubscription by email.

StockCharts.com _ The absolute Best StockCharts to be found Anywhere - Bar None! that includes Bloomberg Terminal, and any /all TradingPlatforms, broker or special chart site...
And Free! - for most users who don't need super advanced features like market Scans for stocks/fund that have the selective technicals one wants, and More!
A great site for truely directed Investors...
And StockCharts also includes ChartSchool(Free) for those who dont know what a Good Chart is, or understands...
StockCharts and understanding what a Good Chart really is, has made me a multimillionaire!

I'd post a "Good" chart here - But there's not any, easily found, way to post a pic or image here on this TrustPilot review site, or any review i've found here yet...

But anyway StockCharts.com is Very good site for anybody Serious bout Investing Successfully...
It simply shows one Great Charts of not only the Past but the Most Probable Future...

Buyer beware - really poor customer service here. Not sure how this company ever got my credit card information but they erroneously charged me to 2 months of their service, which I have never even seen before, and are refusing to refund my account! I have had to write them twice now as they do not provide any other way to reach them. Finally heard back today, 6-21-22 and they stated they will not refund my account. Having to report them to the BBB and write my state attorney general about, in addition to posting this information all over social media. Shame on them!!!!!

For such a widely used service, I am surprised at the quality of the product. It is really ordinary. Their ACP charts have a bug which is still present which displays completely inaccurate closing prices, change %, open, high, and low on particular dates. For this to be still being offered as part of a paid service is unacceptable. The only reason why I signed up for an annual PRO plan was to be able to do multi time frame analysis which is only possible in their ACP product, which does not work!!!! Sadly I have already paid for a year so dont have any recourse aside from venting here. Seriously dissappointed.
