Superb service and high quality but well priced fence panels. Used them before over 10 years ago and those panels are still in excellent condition. Mistake (on my part) corrected quickly and with no quibbles. Highly recommended.

They all made sure everything was spot on. We also needed a bespoke size fence panel & base to complete the job which they made in no time. Really happy. We have also used them in the past for our garden Fencing. Panels always great quality. Highly recommended

We ordered some fence panels

They sent us two end panels we didn’t need, we asked them nicely if they would come and pick them up and refund us, they wanted us to pay to have their mistake picked up and then they wanted to charge us on top of that £50 plus for a peice of 500m fencing, the guy was rude on the phone and would strongly advise do not use this company

From our initial ordering right through to the installation of the work being carried out, we were very pleased with the professional and friendly service. We would recommend this company again.

I’ve used Stockport Fencing three times now, and every time I’ve been really pleased with the results. The first job, back in 2008, involved replacing a very old, dilapidated and seriously wonky fence running the length of the house and back garden. The existing base panels were of varying lengths and heights, some straight, some not, and there were several big clumps of ivy to deal with. I was worried the job would be too difficult and/or too expensive – but they did a really good job at a very reasonable rate and the fence is still looking perfectly sound and straight 17 years on. The second job, a few years later, was smaller but still tricky, replacing old fencing between a raised bed on our side and a patio on the neighbours’ side, and again I was really happy with the work. Most recently (June 2025), they’ve replaced old fencing in the front garden, changing an old post and adding two new panels, and again, it’s work well done. In every case, the guys have been friendly and helpful, done the work quickly and efficiently, and taken away all the old materials, leaving the area clean and tidy, so I’m very happy to recommend the company, both for quality of work and for fair pricing. My partner has now booked them to replace two fences at his own house. Literally the only downside I can come up with is the fact that at the moment they’re so busy there’s a long wait between confirming the work and getting it done – but given the quality of the work they’ve delivered before, I’d rather wait than use anyone else and I will carry on going straight to them for any future fencing work. Happy customer!

Sam and Arron have done a great job on quality fence panels and concrete posts. Would definitely recommend.

Had work done 3 times with absolutely no complaints

I cant give a final review yet....but, if youre in a rush I would suggest using another company. We asked for someone to come out to measure up and give us a quote. We had to wait 4 weeks for that. Nice man came and looked and measured , 2 weeks later still nothing. Decided to try and do the fence ourselves because its so bad, so ordered everything on line. Called today, they have recieved the order and payment ( over £1k) but now have to wait 7-10 days to be notified of the delivery date. So all in all it will be about 7-8 weeks. Hopefully all will be well as we went off reviews. Fingers crossed
Since had a call to say they will deliver on Wednesday.Thats great. A lot happier now

The whole of the work was completed within the week as quoted on the estimate, by two very pleasant & skilled gentlemen,Chris & Daniel,or Daniel & Chris All work was carried out in a most courteous, conscientious and helpful manner.A real pleasure to have them working in the garden.I’m absolutely delighted with the finished result- thank you so much lads& everyone involved.

A great service replacing fence panels damaged in the recent gales.

They were great from coming round to measure and provide a quote to fitting the fence last week, they have provided a professional service. I would definitely recommend and would use again.

We had a rotten fence replaced in a relatively awkward spot in the back garden. Our dealings with Stockport Fencing have been a pleasure from start to finish. It was easy to arrange a site survey and the options were clearly discussed with the estimator. A timescale for the job was established and kept.
Trevor and Sean who installed the fence were a pleasure to work with. They explained how they were going to set about it and were very careful of our and our neighbour's property. They were very neat and tidy.
Overall we are really pleased with the oucome and would definitely use Stockport Fencing again if other fences need to be replaced.

Stockport Fencing recently replaced our dilapidated fence and retaining wall, with a new fence and concrete panels.
Chris and Danny did a great job, finishing much earlier than we expected and with minimal disruption. I'd happily use them again.

The site survey was done in a thorough and professional manner, design for the new fencing and gates was discussed and agreed on. The quote arrived promptly and fine. The wait of a few weeks was ok. On the day the fitters did a really splendid job, removed the old and took it away. The new fence is the best that I have had well designed and sturdy.

Used Stockport Fencing before to replace mother in law's 100ft plus fencing. This time they installed 23m of new concrete post and bases and fence panels adjoining 4 properties. On both occasions I found them to offer competitive prices and I'm really pleased with the quality of the goods supplied, the panels are properly pre-treated (don't like painting fences!). I'm very happy and neighbours have commented on the quality of work with one placing an additional order.

The assessor came to quote for new fencing & posts. I heard nothing for over a month. I chased them up on 5 separate occasions of which they assured me they would look into the delay. This never happened & they never contacted me.
Having made contact recently they told me the quote must have got lost & I would need to book another visit.
Communication is disgraceful & an absolute shambles from stockport fencing.
