I placed an order and was charged £5 for delivery and told it would take around 3 days. Seven days later I sent an email as I hadn't received anything. Then I sent another email. Both went unanswered. Ten days later I called and was told they had a backlog of 5,000 orders and over 10 days. I complained that I'd paid for delivery and that I hadn't received any notice of delays, as I would've expected after 10 days. The man on the phone said I wasn't to tell him how to do his job and that there was nothing they could do when they had so many orders and my items were most likely out of stock anyway. He was very rude and non-apologetic for the delay or the lack of communication.
Awful experience, I will never buy from them and don't recommend anyone does.

wouldnt recommend due to unacceptable for getting my order paid for and not even recieved it due to either shambles of a company or they just pussy footing around its the first order and the last if you want an item in a hurry do not order from these muppets .
