If could give 0 stars I would

If could give 0 stars I would. Terrible treatment of my daughter when she queried the positioning of her piercing. It was supposed to be in the bellybutton but was instead pierced above it. Man was very rude and belittling, making her cry in front of customers. She was told that they couldn't pierce the bellybutton as it wouldn't have sat right, but the problem with that is that this was never relayed to her at the time, or she wouldn't have had the piercing done.
She asked them to remove the piercing as it was still very sore (pierced in April), they kept the bar, but she hasn't been given a refund.
Poor job. No communication. Terrible customer service. Definitely do not recommend.
