very very bad customer service
I placed Stokke today. When I first started explored their website, it was not user friendly and often the screen showing delay. I contacted their customer service line 1.877.978.6553, someone answered the call and saying its not their problem. I asked her at least to try and report to their company there is an issue here. I tried today again as I really wanted to buy this product. Same issue and I was not able to place the order, I phone the number again, a lady answered the call, again saying its not their problem, I really had to argue with her, clients call not because their want to hear whose problem is, they want to get help with their order. What a waste of time for these people to sit there only like a recorder saying its not our problem, you have to try different internet provider why they need this phone for?
after I placed my order the confirmation page show up asked me to register my personal information in order to track my order, I then entered my information till retype password for email address, I was not able to do so, I phoned again, off course the answer was the same it was not their problem, its my problem.
I was think after all these happened, if not for their quality I will not go through these stressful experience, why can the company provide some quality service like their product? Im waiting for their answer, probably never to get the answer
