Ordered a stoma cover in march 2019 and it has never been delivered. I have emailed, messaged via the website, messaged via facebook, attempted to call, emailed again, and again and sent screen shots of the pay pal transaction. All correspondance has been completely ignored.
I ordered two stoma covers in May 2019 but they have never been delivered. I’m now having to go through PayPal to try and get my money back. Nearly July 2019 and still waiting. Isn’t that potential fraud?
Ordered a item and paid for delivery, waited 2 weeks no sign of it arriving. Sent numerous emails and phoned constantly, no one ever picks up the phone or replies. Over 2mths later still no delivery and now I'm in the process of getting my money back. Absolutely shocking considering it's a charity!!
Returned an item worth £31.20 that i was not happy with, they REFUSED to refund me but they kept the item I returned, The founder was rude in emails and then ignored a hand written letter I had sent, so I have come to the conclusion it is a badly run charity, there are ways of getting donations, ripping people off is not one of them, I will be reporting them to the charity commision, even though they do not have to be a registered charity they still have to abide by the charity laws.
