Sales Executive James quickly judged our experience and our attention spans (we've been bored to death by other dealers over the years) and sold to us smoothly, effectively and professionally. I enquired about an XC40 for my wife on Tuesday 14 July. On Sunday 19 July my wife bought the car. Since then all correspondence, including quasi legal documents, have been addressed to me. I have repeatedly told Stoneacre the car was bought by my wife, but they ignore this.
Clearly Stoneacre are a chauvinistic company who can only deal with a husband - they seem unable to comprehend that women are independent and can buy cars themselves.

We visited Stoneacre Suzuki in Sheffield, purely to view a Suzuki Swift. In spite of a crowd of builders, making an ear-splitting noise, we were made very welcome by Richard, who showed us the only Swift he had available. The car was exactly what we wanted, and at a very acceptable price. Every member of staff we dealt with was polite, helpful and friendly, and we left not only having purchased a car, but also with a very positive impression of this dealer.

I've never known a company like this driver delivered car ran for train didn't show us things in car soon left lights flashing won't go into gears intermittent flashing no one will help I have a really ill husband need car it's shocking they don't even answer phones don't deal with them I still can't get help

Joe from the Gateshead garage got in contact with me after I valued my car on their website and sent me a personalised video of the car I enquired about which was great! I went to view the car and test drove it which Joe made a smooth process. I didn’t get as much as I wanted for my part ex but beggars can’t be choosers. Overall great experience

I was given great information to help me narrow down my choices to find the perfect car for me.

We had tested a corrolla gr hybrid and wanted to purchase the model down a corrolla design . There was one available to arranged to test drive with the help of Louise . We loved it and so bought it , all in 4 days :-)

Wigan. Yesterday I visited that company for buying a brand new byd car they offered me 0 APR car with monthly payments. It was exactly what I want. They was helpful. They applied for credit and they told me a bank name. I said I want 0 APR they said okay. And I said I want only Brand new car they said okay our cars are brand new. We signed for brand new car. They applied for finance for me and my credit rejected. Still no problem maybe it is because my credit profile and I lost 18 credit points. Problem is starting from here. After my application rejection without my permission they applied for another company with 13 APR interest. I'm asking why you applied without my permission and black horse company did hard credit check and i lost another 15 points from my score? I didn't asked for this. And we signed for brand new car they offered my second hand car which is more expensive. This company destroyed my credit profile without asking me. They will effect on my mortgage plan so I have to delay my mortgage for 6 month. Do you know what this means? So I have to pay rent for more 6 months. Because of their doggy works. Last thing happened
, they told me you will get deposit back in minutes if you send bank account but now they say 3 working days

From the first day me entering the branch to order to picking up the new car was faultless the full team especially andrew wagstaff was outstanding
