We bought our worktops, sink and tap for our new kitchen from Stone & Earth, they look amazing and the customer service from Jason and his team was exceptional.

We will definitely be going back in to buy our tiles for the Splashback and we have already recommended Stone & Earth to our friends.

I do not normally leave reviews but the level of service I received from Jason at the bromsgrove showroom was above and beyond. From start to finish it was a professional and accommodating experience. I have been known to be really picky about service! and I am so impressed with stone and earth, this rarely happens. The customer service even after the sale is superb I would not hesitate to recommend stone and earth.

Great customer service and easy to deal with. Jason was really helpful with all the tiling accessories I needed. Also, we were 6 tiles short and he managed to get them to me in 2 days with no fuss. Very highly recommended and we will be using them on our next project.

Excellent service - I have had a new bathroom supplied, fitted and tiled by Stone & Earth and I am extremely happy with the new look. I have also had granite worktops fitted in my kitchen & utility - the worktops look amazing - the finishing and fit is excellent plus the attention to detail by Shane & Ed was fantastic. My kitchen has been transformed.

Jason at Stone and earth and the rest of the team provided an excellent service. Jason helped us source all the materials we needed to fit out our bathrooms and nothing was too much trouble. We chose a stunning worktop from S&E and buying from them could not have been better - they genuinely care about giving the consumer the best possible experience.
We had some issues with the material that was fitted (not S&E's fault) and S&E sorted it with no fuss. They replaced the worktop free of charge and all the way through remained focussed on giving us the perfect outcome.
The Team there, everyone from office, customer service, fitters and General Manager are absolutely top class and we cannot recommend them enough.

We visited various work top and tiling shops but none provided a personalised shopping experience. The first visit to Stone and Earth and Jason took his time to show all the different product range and gave us some good recommendations. We had no hesitation in placing an order for a work top and tiles. We will look to use this company again. We couldn't thank Jason enough for his time, expertise and help.

Simply amazing and fantastically supportive throughout the whole shopping experience, was able to get answers to every question which felt like they were really interested in being involved in the bathroom re-fit. Can't praise Jason enough and very thankful we have found this store as we have a number of tilling jobs coming up and these guys are going to get the business :-)
