Whilst the price was 30% higher than my identical order from them less than 12 months ago, the service was still very good and delivered swiftly with regular updates. The tonne bag order was generous too - very full. Would recommend this company.

Bulk bag stone delivery date
The product was fine just what the customer required, however the problem was with the delivery. This was ordered 3 weeks in advance of the required date, unfortunately this did not happen until the following day. Communications with the delivery provider was non existent. When working out resources a defined delivery date is essential this did cause issues with rescheduling to another day letting down other customers.

Wrong product delivered
I recieved the wrong product. Sent photos of this and it was advised I had recieved what I ordered. I used the product and then was advised infact I had recieved the incorrect stones but by this point they were in my garden so only recieved
50% refund.

Ordered on line after speaking with a sales person, who was very helpful, on the phone.
Scottish Pebbles arrived as forecasted. The delivery driver was amazing getting this big bag of pebbles right next to the gate at our property, delivered on time and a phone call in the morning with expected arrival time.
Best service I've had regarding garden products delivered.
Brilliant team altogether.
