This company is a complete joke

This company is a complete joke. They sent a salesman to my door to set up a quote, then their “manager” Gerry turned up a day late. That should have told me everything. He gave me a price and said they’d start on Monday.

Monday – nobody came. Tuesday – still nobody. Wednesday – nothing. When I called the office, they fobbed me off with rubbish excuses like “we can’t find the manager.” Gerry replied twice on WhatsApp blaming a no-show digger driver, then vanished and stopped replying altogether.

They wasted my time, messed me around, and never even had the decency to confirm if they were doing the job. Unreliable, unprofessional, and full of lies. Avoid this company at all costs.
