We purchased six shades a year ago. Had a problem with one of them—the issue was taken care of quickly and professionally, and we were told to call again if we needed to. Wonderful to be treated like a person, instead of yesterday’s news.

Was notch 360 degree service and quality product. From initial designer meeting to prompt installation our experience has been wonderful.

So far it has been great! We have our final installation in May. Both Tommy and Brandon have been wonderful to work with.

Eight months ago I ordered motorized shades from Jason and Brandon installed them in the front of my house. I have enjoyed them so much that I ordered more from Jason for the back of my house. Brandon came back and installed them a few days ago. Jason and Brandon were both very helpful, polite, and professional. The shades look fantastic and the motorized feature is so convenient. I am glad I went with Stoneside!

Scott verified and double checked the measurements for the blind before it went into production. Stoneside kept us timely informed about the status of our order, and Amun installed the blind without any issues or problems.

The measuring and installation team — Carlos, Edgardo, and John — were equally outstanding. They were professional, meticulous, and incredibly skilled. We had a tricky situation where our countertop could have bumped into a shade when it was pulled down, and they handled it flawlessly. They anticipated the issue, problem-solved on the spot, and made sure everything worked perfectly without us having to worry about a thing.

My interactions were mainly with 3 people. My sales rep Lisa Gall was terrific - very knowledgable and patient - I feel like she really worked with me to find the best solutions for my home. Francisco who did the installations (3 different visits) was also fantastic - always on time, very quick, and each install was perfect. Lastly, John who did the scheduling was very helpful and kind. All in all - a great experience. I'd never heard of your company (sorry!) but found you after an extensive internet search. I had a quote from one other vendor and your pricing was slightly better (very important!). And so I just recommended you to a friend!!!

Sales lady Melanie was very nice & professional as was installer Joseph. Quite pleased with the result & would certainly recommend to others needing window coverings.
