It was difficult to find the required…
It was difficult to find the required storage unit as they had been moved and not re-numbered over the previous week. When the units were found, there were issues with the lock (possibly due to the movements) and could not be opened.

We're sorry you had a lower than normal experience with us Patricia. The container block housing your unit was indeed moved slightly by the crane company installing additional units as they could not access the centre of the facility. The units were new and due to bad weather, we had been delayed putting the labels on the doors. Even more unfortunate was the issue with your lock which was faulty, despite it being brand new. This has now been replaced by the supplier. Now that you have settled in, I hope everything will be perfect for you going forward and of course you can contact us anytime for assistance.

Here is a company that listens and acts on customer complaints. its obviously well run and managed and not afraid of criticism. Having wrote a review in relation to the potholes in the yard. I received a prompt reply from Paul, complete with photos showing the yard newly resurfaced

Moving made easy
Real people on the other end of the phone which is great, and they were always so nice to deal with, very helpful and friendly. The facility was very good, secure and well lit. I would highly recommend store4u for short or long term storage.
