Its absolutely brilliant,from first walking into reception met by a great guy who showed us some units and we chose which size was best for us,signed the paperwork ,got our keys and started moving stuff in the same day fantastic customer service

I signed up for x2 units to facilitate a house move, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. The knowledge and helpfulness of the staff is great, 24 hour access is great, access to each unit is great. My only criticism is the time it is taking to repair on of the broken lifts.

A good location near me which is handy. The only downside is you don't get a text message when stock is there which means I have to go up once a week. This was the main decision upon finding this storage location.
