Long delivery time with partial/deficient tracking only... painful process but they delivered

I recently bought three (3) items from Store-Nederland and it took 10 business days to receive a package from them (not bad taking into account the promises a 5 to 25 business days delivery time), consequently, the tracking link reports a status of "fulfilled" but, the package contained only one (1) item... So, it felt like the other missing two (2) items might not come at all.

I tried to contact them to let them know my current situation but their website is constantly down, so I couldn't find out if they were aware of it or not.

Thanks to Trustpilot, I was able to hear from Store-Nederland... They confirmed my items were delivered separately (despite the fact that in the tracking site there are no details about it, so no one can asure whether my order was fully or partially fulfilled)

By business-day 24 (counting Saturdays), the outstanding items arrived.

Painful process.... but, they delivered. Although there is plenty of room for improvement in the way they track order's delivery and on their website capacity to remain online without so many interruptions.

terrible experience

It's interesting to see how the owners of this website keep replying to everybody in a very annoyed manner, assuming that they are correct and everybody else is wrong. Maybe you should ask yourselves why everybody is complaining! Maybe it has to do with your inability to deal the orders you receive in a professional way? This is what happened to me: I made two orders more than one month ago. According to the website, both orders have been shipped: however, it is not possible to track one of these items online. The second order seem to be stuck in Singapore since a few weeks ago. These people cannot show me after more than a month that these items have been shipped and are in transit and dont want to give money back. Anybody understands that this is a difficut time, however you should not accept orders if you cannot handle them. Shame on you!

PATHETIC SERVICES

I hereby, write this message to find out when the masks i purchased will be delivered to my address. Its been thirty four (34) days already.
I do hope and pray that this is a trusted company and that it can deliver. I surely hope that they are not scamming or stealing money from customers.
The company should at least respond to my mails. Still waiting!🙄
Be professional and respond to mails and deliver on the deadline dates or i will be forced to file for LEGAL ACTION.

Don't buy anything from Store Nederland!

I've also haven't received my order (QUITDCJJF).
I wanted to contact the company, but their contact page is not working, nor are any of the links in the email they have sent me. CANCEL MY ORDER, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Its strange how there are some dutch companies who can send you something the very next day,
and others who can't. Hmmmm...
Are you going to reply back in a moody tone? Seems like the common theme with Store Nederland is that they act with no professionalism whilst replying to their customers on this site.

Everyone avoid buying anything from this site, support businesses that treat their customers with respect!!

Its a disgusting site- simply frauds

Its a disgusting site. i placed the order from Amsterdam, no where it mentions whee the delivery is from. It took them over a week to ship and now it says delivery time is 25 days. They made me pay extra for track & trace but even after 6 days since the product was shipped nothing can be tracked. If the products are coming from China it needs to be mentioned. All in all a fraud site.

I could not answer to your replay there…

NEWS:Two days ago I have recieved my order! So, they are serios but the only inconvenient is that you have to wait the order to come from China.
I could not answer to your replay there to my previous claim! What are you talking about, what few days? I have ordered on the 20 of march and my order is still on progress. So in 11 days nothing happend. Just be honest and say you dont have them on stock and people can decide if they order or not. Here you have time to answer but on the emails not.

I ordered something yesterday

I ordered something yesterday. Got an email ( welcome to bla, bla, bla, bla). No information about my order(nr). The website is trash and doesn't work if you want to log in. Now I read all these bad reviews. My bad. But when will I receive my order. Tried contacting but the website is trash and what ordernr. How can I report? Region: the Netherlands

Edit: does the company ships from the US or the Netherlands? I would like to know when I can receive my order. Got an email today (1 April) that my order is on the way, but the track and trace site gives an error

I ordered mouth masks for €107 last…

I ordered mouth masks for €107 last month . i send an emails to cancel order and refund my money. NO REPLY!!! The customer services sucks and they dont bother to reply you until you report it!! i didnt get a confirmation mail for my orders but they still took the money. Id like to have my money back please!! Give me a proper email or contact number so i can tell you more about my orders.

Your reply does not help, If the customer service wouldve replied to my request within the given time I wouldnt have asked here. Also you mentioned on the portal, however no information as reffered in my previous msg. Therefore I decided to post it here, still no solution?
