Not good customer service
I bought an Ulster carpet from Storey's, I paid top money up front, when the carpet was fitted it was found to be faulty, the manager Matthew inspected and agreed it was faulted, Ulster Carpets also areed it was faulted. Mattew, Storey's manager said leave it with me "I'll get it sorted" he did nothing, (not good customer service) when we pushed fro some progress he then magically "Became unavailable" (not good customer sevice) he then refused to return my telephone calls (not good customer service). Storey's have refused to refund my money (not good customer sevice). I realy do not have a good word word to say about Storey's Carpets and their staff.
