I had a great experience and would use this company again. I was looking for a Toffee Puppy for my daughter who was crestfallen when she saw that it had been retired by Jellycat and we couldn’t find it for sale anywhere. I was delighted when I found that Stork in the City had it. I live in Canada and received it very quickly. It was beautifully packaged. Thank you so much. My husband and I plan to give it to our daughter as a surprise at Christmas. We know she will be thrilled.

My beautiful new (retired) Jellycat Christmas tree bunny has just arrived from Stork in the City - in perfect condition, very carefully packaged and clearly genuine. I had considered buying one from eBay but it's unfortunately become full of fake Jellycats nowadays. The Jellycat arrived extremely quickly and came complete with original tags, a blue dustbag and a lovely handwritten note from Arlene who clearly really cares about the quality of the products that she is selling and the customer experience. My second order from Stork in the City, they sell genuine Jellycat’s that are hard to find or sold out elsewhere. My gorgeous Jellycat Springlowe Luxe Bunny arrived beautifully packaged with care and a lovely note enclosed from Head of Flock @ Stork! Would highly recommend especially if you are searching for rare or hard to find Jellycat’s. Would purchase again with 100% confidence!

I first discovered Stork in the City when my husband gifted me a Jellycat Smudge Panda from their retired Jellycats section. It arrived in perfect condition and really quickly too!

Since then, I have bought numerous retired Jellycats from Stork in the City, and they have always arrived incredibly quickly, packed with so much care, and with a lovely message inside. Genuinely, I have managed to find so many Jellycats that I never thought I would own, and as a Jellycat collector, that has of course been incredible!

I also bought a Bunnies by the Bay lovey, which Arlene so kindly embroidered for me. It was the perfect gift, and it arrived in around 24 hours! I have never been more impressed.

I absolutely adore the work that Arlene does and will definitely continue to order from Stork in the City in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for something special!

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! I contacted Arlene at very short notice requesting a flag to be made for the next day, and despite already being busy, and juggling her own family life she went above and beyond to fit me in. The work she put into it was honestly incredible, and the finished flag was absolutely perfect.

She was so kind and generous, she even gifted the flag free of charge as a good luck gesture for my brother competing in the Commonwealth Games. We were genuinely blown away by how amazing it turned out. You can really see the care and pride she puts into her work.

We were absolutely over the moon with it, and I can’t thank her enough for the time and effort she put into making it so special. I would 100% use her again and recommend her to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic service for a birthday present.
I paid resale price for Albee Bee Jellycat however all of the profits were towards charity which is such a lovely idea. As this was a birthday present they were ever so kind and wrapped the gift in a personalised bow with a kind letter!

I was looking for the Bashful Beige Bunny Birthday Jellycat for my daughter's birthday. It's a popular Bunny as was sold out on all the big stores. Came across Stork In The City in Hamilton. Whoopee, they had the Bunny. They also included a ribbon with the name and age of my daughter. I received it within a couple of days of ordering it. I am very happy with the communication and service I received from Arlene.

Selling very overpriced jellycats, over double rrp for some. Pure greed.
