Excellent from start to finish

We bought a Storm Buggie for Christmas and the servi e we recieved was fantastic! Next Day delivery and the buggie itself has been brilliant, great quality and a lot of fun. The team have always been really helpful on the end of the telephone with advice, which was always answered quickly and even posted out the helmet seperatley after we confirmed the size. Would highly recommend and will definatley return for future purchases. Thankyou storm buggies!

Phoned the Stormbuggies team as i had an issue with my Hammerhead GTS. Helped me diagnose the problem and then finding the correct parts. Super helpful and parts arrived quickly so i could make the repairs. Highly recommended.

I needed some spares for my OneMX ex2s dirtbike and with the help from Mark I have found that their renegade model parts also are correct and fit my dirtbike and as they appear to be the only outlet that sell these kids bikes and carry a very wide selection they are the one stop company to go to. I hope that this might help anyone who has the OneMX EX2S 48v 1200w bike to find spares and very fast delivery.Thank you Mark for all your assistance. Keith

Amazing customer service so far. Always quick to respond to emails. I also had to change the delivery date due to being in hospital. I contacted them by email and they couldn’t have been any more accommodating. I will leave another review once I receive the bike but so far the customer service has been excellent.

Bought a Mud head a couple of years ago. Really good fun toy for my boys. Over the years I have need a few spares due to usual wear and heavy use. The team have always been super helpful and fast to respond.

When it comes to choosing what to buy, the guys at Storm give great advice and are really helpful. Plus, unlike many companies, they stock all the spare parts.

The product seemed well built initially. And it worked for the first day. However it stopped running because some of the wires were lose. We contacted storm buggies. But they asked my wife to carry out fault finding via an email instruction. She is not mechanically minded so she found it difficult to follow the instructions given. I suggested a video call to help her carry out fault finding but they said this was not available. I had to ask an electrician to come and have a look at my cost. The problem was found to be exposed wires under the steering column. The buggy worked for a few day and the same problem as appeared again . I have contacted storm buggies but again they have asked my wife to carry out fault finding again before it can be returned

Top company! I agree with the other reviewers so far. All have said Storm Buggies is excellent and they really are. We bought our daughter a Hammerhead Mudshark buggy some years ago. It all arrived speedily and everything was spot-on. She enjoyed it in our garden but has now outgrown it. I contacted the company again for advice about getting it looked-over before it went off for someone else's children to enjoy.....and they offered to buy it themselves, for a very fair price. You cannot say fairer than that.
