There are plenty of ways to contact us via the website using sales@stormsure.com or via the contact form that is available on https://stormsure.com. We of course are always ready and able to assist in any way. All orders we send domestically and internationally are fully tracked so we will be able to see what has happened and in any case anyone does not receive their parcel then we send replacements straight away no questions asked.

I had 3 pairs of Aigle wellies that all…
I had 3 pairs of Aigle wellies that all had splits in the same place. (Must be the way I walk). I have managed to fix them all with Stormsure. One pair had a crack that was a couple of inches long. I was amazed that Stormsure adhesive worked on that too. Thank you. I have saved a lot of money with Aigle wellies being so expensive, but definitely the most comfortable boots to wear when out on the farm and walking the dogs.

I caught my neoprene wellies on barbed wire, a couple of inches above the ankle, leading to wet feet. Stormsure worked brilliantly - I can now wade across streams etc again without my feet getting wet.
