Misleading marketing, and rude customer support.

They offer packages without clearly saying the hidden charges. I spoke to customer support multiple times, at first they promised to find a solution, and told me if I deleted my account and created it from the browser it would work as promised.

I did that but then again the promised offer was not working. And so their endless excuses began. Never took responsibility for their mistake.

Yet another disappointed customer.

Customer protection needs to do something. Misleading marketing is unlawful.

As many have said this is a scam company promise alot delivers very little . If you try to reach any kind of support you will spend a work day and discover there is none. Guess is now owned by criminals milking money out of the customers

Storytel (aka mofibo) used to be good but is now unreliable and untrustworthy, since it has recently begun to aggressively delete boks and authors that users listen to without any warning to its customers. Again and again I experience that books I am listening to one day has been deleted the next day when I try to resume listening. Storytel even deletes many of the authors I follow, so their "watch" feature is useless as well.

Without explicit consent (which is required) they deduct money from your account. This is without any notification. They are also unwilling to provide a refund.

Be very careful in use their service, best to stay away

Son unos estafadores, me han cobrado y nunca pude usar la app.
Me cobraron la cuota y nunca tuve acceso porque introduciendo mis claves dice que no existo, pero para cobrarme si existo.
Intento darme de baja, y como dicen que "no existo" no puedo darme de baja. UN DESPROPÓSITO, quiero que me devolváis mi dinero y que me deis de baja!

They are scammers, they charged me and I could never use the app.
They charged me the fee and I never had access because entering my passwords says that I don't exist, but to charge me if I exist.
I try to unsubscribe, and as they say "I don't exist" I can't unsubscribe. NONSENSE I want you to give me my money back and and unsubscribe me!
